You don't have a right to a job!  If you can't find a job in your
preferred town then you have to move.  Heck, my wife commuted to
Chicago every week for 4-1/2 years and I used to live in Houston.

A colleague had to move to a one stoplight town to work at a chicken
processing plant for 6 months.  He says he still can't get the smell
off of himself.
