Yeah - I'm right with you Deanna. I learned to drive when I was 9 - of course it was all farm machinery and a dump truck or two. :) By the time I went to take my test I could drive an old 1980 F150 manual trans truck around the back roads of PA with no problems at all. I think the gear shift was 3 feet tall LOL. Well, I needed a cushion so I could see over the hood and reach the petals .... But it was all good!
