Well yes and no... I like some of the animation, and Allan Rickman is
awesome, but the rest of it is crap. :)

Moreover... because I assume the books at least narrowly follow the
plot, I'm really not interested in taking the many hours required to
read through an entire series of novels when I know the first two are
likely to end with some insipid Disneyism.
