Gruss, I always took the time to plan my meals out the night before. I eat 6 smaller meals a day with meal 1 and 2 being protien shakes. Once you know how many calories your body needs per day to lose/gain/maintain weight you can divide that by 6 and have a MUCH easier time counting calories. For instance, I am cutting right now so I shoot for 450 calories a day. Each shake I have is 440 calories so that is almost 2 meals right there. The other 4 meals are always the same thing with little variety: chicken, salad, fruits, vegetables, almonds, natural peanut butter, etc. Once you count calories for the "basic group" of foods you like, there is no need for fitday, a pda application, etc. Now my meals are VERY boring but I don't care :-) To me, counting calories sucks and is a huge pain in the ass so whatever I can do to make it easier, I do.... I used a PDA for about 10 minutes to keep track on an Excel sheet. All the time to sync up with my PC then to upload data here and run this macro and do this and that was a huge waste of time. Just take a week or two to come up with some meals you can regularly eat and go from there. :-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:165512 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
