See, this is a bad example, because you're not talking about two
reasonably able-boddied people who produce greater output than
demand... You're talking about two people who really need help -- whos
demand is really greater than their output. Yes, of course, this
situation will be more taxing than a nuclear family. I contend however
that helping them would be much easier in the environment of a
significantly larger extended family.

On a personal note, I'm really impressed, Tim. :) Most folks I've met
don't seem to have that kind of commitment to people -- family or
otherwise.
