It simply doesn't. Rather it uses the methods of science to promote the possibility of religious truth. That's exactly why it's so subtle and insidious... an intelligent. By simplifying the issue, as you've repeatedly done, down to "religion in science class" you're 1) fighting the wrong battle and 2) insulting people into rallying against your cause. The instant the IDers are viewed as the rational, reasonable members of the debate you've lost significant headway.
