I didn't say they shouldn't understand it, I said it was not my role as
employer to teach it to them. Or the schools' for that matter. They are
already botching simple literacy.
 What I do suggest is that if I hire some clerical help, probably my first
move, and this is a permanent hire, it would be much more helpful if I pay
enough to keep my employee from having to moonlight in order to afford
housing than if I play the heavy father and tell them to buy a house with
the money they aren't making working for me, how intrusive.
