Well, the actual picture is this.

I have the idea to start a company, I need help to do so. So I find
this other person who is good at Administration, management etc. to
help me.

We go through the Law process of setting up the company and
registering it with both of us as Directors.

Like I said, with all the negotiations, contracts etc. we did
everything together.We thought that we would both need to put money
into the company for the startup costs, but luckily we don't have to
as our first jobs are providing enough advance fees to cover
operations.

Also, I will not be doing 'all' the development as we would be hiring
coders and designers. So it isn't a 2 person company where one person
is making the furniture for example. ;-)

So given these facts is it still right for the 'web developer' in this
situation to hold 80% of the company shares?
