So, then, this is not a theoretical question at all? I thought company ownership defined in the incorporation records? It sounds to me like you are one your way to serious trouble. Generally, I would have had some form of written "partner agreement" in place before incorporating the company.
That said, it sounds (from other posts you've made) that you are both in the company 50/50. You brought to table "web experience" and he brought to the table "management experience". I don't think that one should have more weight than the other.
