Yeah - that there! ;^) Actually my problems with iTunes are more "systemic" than specific. Personally I find (for my needs) iTunes and WMP 10 to be about equal. However with iTunes I'm stuck with the one store, with WMP I've got a choice of nine. With iTunes I can play my music on my PC or on an iPod, with WMP I can play it on my PC, on my MP3 player, on my PocketPC, on my DVD player and on my networked media player. Now - all that said - I can't say that I've got a huge load of experience with iTunes. I had to install an configure it for my mom (I bought her a Shuffle) and was really turned off. But most of my complaints are general complaints about support decisions, not specific complaints about the software. In other words "management" decisions, not developer decisions, if that makes any sense.
