I did not call you a racist, but lets have a look at what you are suggesting. You are saying that the pilot who kicked off that secret service agent, simply because the secret service agent looked middle eastern did no wrong. Condemning a person because of physical features related to an ethnic group - that sounds like a racist response. OK I'll come out and say it - your justification of the pilot's action was racist. Not you, your behaviors. Believe it or not there is a difference.
You lay the blame on the incident on the victim because he retained an expert and presumably very competent lawyer to see this case to its conclusion. Now if he had obtained an incompetent lawyer that would have been OK? In other words, there would have been no blame to the secret service agent if he retained an idiot? Given the high priced, very aggressive and presumably very competent lawyers hired by American Airlines for this case, by your definition then the corporation is at fault. Whoops pardon me that's wrong, you believe that corporations do no wrong. In my opinion, given the opposition, if I was in the secret service agent's shoes I'd be going for the most competent lawyer willing to take the case. Yes somehow this is wrong according to you.
