Supposedly the attorney for the secret service agent is the same guy who became a multi-millionaire in the Denny's discrimination case. I wonder who made first contact, the financially motivated attorney or the secret service agent? This case highlights the bigger picture of how attorneys are taking advantage of the system and causing great harm along the way. The result of this case will almost surely make all airline passengers less safe.
