Well, that makes 2 of us, but I'm not questioning why we *would've* been involved, or if we were. Just what Gel's reasoning is as to why he thinks the US is motivated to poke sticks at Latin America now (post 2000). Basically, the US has an energy motivation and a drug motivation. Both couldn't remotely be considered unreasonable. Everybody on the planet wants stable energy and an end to drug problems. Stable reasonable governments mean stable oil. That also mean peaceful aspirational living. (This + terrorism answers your Iraq question) So the issue I have is that, to listen to Gel, the US seems to like to poke sticks at Latin America for no apparent reason. I'm wondering if he has a theory or just thinks every US President enjoys tormenting Latin America. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:191065 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
