Why did the US get involved in Greneda? Why don't the US get involved in East Timor with Suharto? This guy is about 100 times worse than Saddam. There are barely 200,000 indigenous people left in East Timor. Suharto killed them all using UK supplied weapons like Hawk Fighters. You don't hear a peep about him on the 6 o clock news in America do you. But they invaded Iraq partially because of human rights abuses and to 'free the people' right? Whilst continuing a vibrant trade in Copper,which is assured by Suharto, with East Timor.

The United States rushed to legitimise a government that attempted to usurp the duly elected leader of a sovereign nation. Do what is in America's National Interest or they will f*** you up and then blame it all on you. Don't you dare try to enact any other system than Capitalism and 'Democracy' because the United States' OWNS Capitalism worldwide and can railroad an economy under such a system if they wanted to quite easily. To be a successful Capitalist State one has to deal with the US, and has to play their game by their rules. A country must have NO safeguards for its local manufacturing and Industry, but must open itself totally to US Interests and Business, it must not dare sign fully to a Free Trade treaty becuase the US will f*** you up. The richest countries of the world should be tough,inhospitable places to live.Most of the hardships of living in Temperate countries or worse are mediated only by Technology and Industrialisation. Instead they are some of the best developed and most industrialised countries whilst those places that are far more comfortable to live and have tons more natural resources are all underdeveloped and in poverty. And behind their strifes and conflicts you always see some footnote about a decision that was made by Britain, or the United States, or the UN. An example? You want an Example? Try Palestine and Israel for an example, a single action that forever polarised and destabilised the Middle East. As for the quip about US is primarily interested in Drugs. BS. Amsterdam is a prime example. Jamaica is another example where the US intervened and prevented the matter of legalising Marijuana from being even discussed in parliament openly threatening the government and the country. Drugs was never an issue before people in the ghettoes started making tons of money off it and it turned violent as a result. And why? Because of the actions of the United States to curry votes with soccer moms.Britain has quietly started scaling back penalties for personal quantities of drugs, did you know about that? Drugs as a primary factor? Yeah right. The 'War On Drugs' . What a joke. The US has one primary goal, and that is World Domination and America's Interest as the only World Power. Read up a bit about the theories and policies which America has embraced and put into practice with the Bush Administration. The goal of the United States is very clear. Your wealth, your standard and systems of living come from and are borne on the backs of the poor and disenfranchised living + and - 15 degrees lattitude around the equator through exploitation,subjugation, and military conquest. They come from Natural Resources raped and pillaged under the new guise of 'Treaties' and 'Trade Agreements'. Where do you get your Oil that drives your Industry? Where do you get the Copper that melts and molds your Electrical networks and your IT? Where do you get the manpower to feed your Information Technology? Where do you get the Diamonds and gold to sustain your consumerism, your "Bling Bling"? Where does it all come from? And without it where the hell would you be. If instead of you raping it , it stayed in the countries and was developed by those countries and you had to trade for it and purchase it at the price it should truly sell at,where would you be and more importantly where would the economies of those countries be? Where do these countries that are 'always warring' and committing attrocities, where do they get all their modern weapons of destruction? Last I checked African nations did not produce M16s, MP5s, or AK47s or Rocket Launchers. Venezuela has plans to produce it's own rifles and the US is in an uproar about it!So where do these weapons of destruction come from? Who supplies them to these countries, and reaps the profits from their sales? And I'm done with this, because you don't really want to know. Swallow the blue pill and continue living in your Ivory Tower. And yes, the metaphors and philosophical reference contained in that sentence were intentional and deliberate. If you are trying to show me up as Anti American and thus dismiss everything I say in a prime exampe of a false debating tactic then fine. I'm not debating, I'm saying what I have read and the conclusions I have drawn from what I have read. I'm not interested in 'winning' a debate with you. If you want to use those tactics fine, you're welcome to them. More power to you. If you want to discuss then explain with examples why what I'm saying isn't true then that's also fine. But if you want to see where I'm coming from, try to do a little research into HIstory. And not the HIsotry of America, or the UK, or France. Look at the HIstory of the poor in Latin America, Africa, Indonesia, Asia,Haiti,Dominica,Jamaica. Look at their histories, and their past and then you'll learn a bit more about your own History. And hey, there's a chance you'll love it!
