I did it! I ran 4 miles on Saturday. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. :D Then I played basketball for about an hour afterwards. :D
Recap Jan 23 - 28 ----------- Mon: 2 miles running / 2.5 walking Tues: 1.5 miles / 2.5 walking Wed: 3.25 miles / 2.5 walking Thurs: 3 miles / 1 walking Fri: 2 miles / 2 walking Sat: 4 miles!!!! / .5 walking - Basketball for an hour Sun: Basketball for an hour Totals: Running 15.75 miles Walking 11 miles Lost 6 lbs for the week as well. Although it's hard to guage how much actual fat loss there was versus muscle gain. I need to get an acurate scale that calculates body fat perhaps? Bah. Too much like work!
