Congrats - that's some serious mileage you're racking up. Don't forget to give your body a rest day - preferably one a week - just do some easy yoga or something. The last thing you're going to want to do is give yourself an overuse injury. Ask me how I know.
I did my first swim/bike brick last night. Swam 1/4 mile, biked 5 miles fast (12 min/20sec), then 1 mile slow.
