That's consecutive non-stop miles.

I start at 4.0 - crank it to 4.5 for a mile or so, then do 5.0 for a
half mile, then finish at 4.5. I'm increasing the time I spend at 5.0,
and today I did a quarter mile at 5.5. NOT easy.

Congrats on starting!! I really adore it. Good luck!!!

Cheers,
Erika

##| When you say you ran 4 miles, is that consecutive, non-stop
##| miles, or do you take a break at certain points?

##| Congrats to you. My wife and I are starting to run and we
##| are slowly getting up to speed.
