You know, that's really not bad mileage, even if you weren't feeling ill.
It's best to listen to your body and scale back when necessary. I had a
pretty light week, too - more due to sleep issues and general busy-ness.
But, last night I did 2/3 of the the triathlon - Biked 5 miles in 13 minutes
and ran 2 miles in 22 minutes. Both were a little slower than I'd like to be
able to do by March. But, I felt good at the end of the run. So, I think I'm
doing well with my conditioning.
