I agree with you there, Ray, but as it has been explained to me, it is
considered (by those who support it) as a CORRECTIVE surgery, like
cateracts or fixing a broken foot, rather than ELECTIVE surgery, such
as a nose job.

I personally think it is elective. But that may be because I don't
feel it is my problem to help solve for a woman trapped in a man's
body.

I mean, hey, I'm a world-class athlete trapped in a fat old
programmer's body. No one is helping me.
