That action would be extremely stupid. The world does not work like a John Wayne movie. I do not think that any sort of special forces could pull it off, not Delta, the Rangers, SAS, GSG-9 or JTF2. All what the result would be woudl be a bunch of expensively and highly trained soldiers either dead or as prisoners for a lot of propaganda. The best bet would be very strong sanctions, and enforce them with the help of Russia and NATO forces. Then if that did not work then pound the facilities to slag.
