"you can't stop everyone from doing it".....is a stupid reason not to do 
something. There are perfectly legitimate arguments against the war on 
drugs, but this is not one of them.

We are? Top scientists, engineers, and entrepeneurs are all being turned 
away in droves because of our immigration policy? I was not aware of this.

Is it really that tough to immigrate legally? I wonder how many illegal 
aliens streaming across the border in the middle of the night are 
scientists, engineers, and entrepeneurs.
