It is though, especially if the "solution" costs billions and does
virtually nothing.  Criminalizing drugs does nothing to stop them, but
costs a fortune.  There are much more effective and much cheaper ways
to deal with the problem.

Big time.  Just about any business journal will have lots of charts
and graphs.  It's estimated that we're about 5 years from losing our
leadership in university education.  Any decent school has "offshore"
campuses for this very reason.

It's tougher than ever now.  You need a sponsor or you need to wait in
line in your country.  The line is about 7 years long these days, but
that's just what I've heard.
