No that does not mean it is school sponsored, no additional money is being 
spent by the school to hold the meetings.

No where does the constitution say that the government cannot give 
resources to a religious group. It only says people can practice what ever 
they want. The people in that group also pay taxes, so they are not allowed 
to use what they paid taxes for?
