So you are saying that the Ball Room dancing group that held its meetings in the Cafeteria after school is a school sponsored group? Even though there were no students, only a teacher who vouched for the group. Maybe at the school you went to or currently know, these things are considered school groups, but here they are only considered school groups if the school must provide money or transportation.
