It also specified that they had to destroy all the banned weapons, and
provide documentation of their destruction.

We found items they weren't allowed to have once we got there. We didn't
find any active weapon creation programs, however there were items that were
banned.

Old weapons, where the shelf life may have expired, but were to have been
reported anyway.
