What in the world makes you think these are average joes? I'd bet money and 
life that they were mostly if not all Hizballah supporters. Staged events of 
this sort are VERY common in the middle east and in any despotic regime. 
Make no mistake here, Hizballah is the despot of Lebanon and they play the 
media game WELL! And the media is more than happy to play along.

Hizballah asked them to. I wonder....
