The world did not do what they were supposed to do 6 years ago when Israel removed itself from all Lebanese territory because the UN stated that there was an international border and that they would send troops to keep it. They did not send the troops. The UNFIL acts as human shields for Hezbollah and has even covered for them in the past. How is Israel to make peace with the world and have the world lean on Hezbollah? That's really not a viable way to have peace.
