Not just Clinton, every President and Congress for the last thirty plus years has known this problem was coming, and they either ignored it or failed to get anything passed to deal with it. I primarily blame Congress, esp. the House, for this mess.
And screw those Lincoln-driving Social Security-dependent boomers- they can drive Kia's and eat Ramen noodles for the rest of their lives as far as I'm concerned.
