I can buy that.  Alas, due to their greediness, the system cannot
continue to work as it is.  So it did not break on it's own, but due
to inept management.  Regardless, it is still broken.

Ahhh.  See.  This is an example of a concrete plan.  I don't think it
would get you or anyone elected to office or keep an office, but at
least it is a plan.  That is what the Democrats are missing.  Concrete
ideas.
