Well, those two quotes directly tie to the 2nd example of religious
fanaticism I started the thread with, the Army of Jesus camps. Doesn't
that make them relevant? Feel free to refute. as I started the thread,
everything I say IS relevant. =)

The art teacher was, in my opinion, fired by overzealous religious
fanatics who were offended by the mere site of a nude sculpture by a
10 year old. Do you believe the reason the teacher was fired is
probably some other reason. Were they Christian fanatics, Muslim
fanatics, Jewish fanatics. Don't know yet. But, based on history, and
based on sheer demographic probabilities, I can almost guarantee that
it was Christian fundamentalist fervor that drove this firing. Because
it usually is.

But, time will most likely tell.
