This conversation made me go look at my company's Paid Time Off (PTO) employee 
policy.  It's more then I remembered.  

Non-Exempt
Start to 3rd year 160 hours/20 days/4 weeks per year
4th year to 9th year 200 hours/20 days/5 weeks per year
10th year + 240 hours/30 days/6 weeks per year

Exempt
Start to 3rd year 200 hours/20 days/5 weeks per year
4th year to 9th year 240 hours/30 days/6 weeks per year
10th year + 280 hours/35 days/7 weeks per year
