ok.

1. cut your portions of food in half (everything you eat, in half)
2. cardio first, then 3 diff exercises, 10-12 reps 3x each
3. you can do multiple sections of the body each night, but i like to
do one a night, and then get on a schedule with that.
4. talk to me in 3 months of this, and i BET you have lost, and are
maintaining a new weight
