LOL! I am still running. Only getting in about 6-8 miles a week at the
moment though.

I'm incredibly busy trying to keep work going right now, so I have less
time during the day.
Personal life has been in an upheaval as well, so that affects my time
on the treadmill.

I'm maintaining my 116 lb weight loss, but am on a plateau because I
need to increase my gym time.
Still doing some weights and sit ups. Usual stuff.

I also still need to lose 40 more pounds. I am getting there. :)
