That's a great example of how cardio, done right, WILL bulk you.  If
you look at a speed skater, bicyclist, or gymnast they're always
bulked up on the muscles they use.  Yet they're high rep cardio
workers.

Done right, cardio bulks you.  But working past your fuel reserves
will eat muscle unless you're at a low heart rate - at least that's
how I understand it.

And I've seen charts and graphs.
