Hhm, a lot of people *should* take their dog to the vet for these kinds of 
things! One good thing about the pet insurance, IMO, is that most people are 
always a bit reluctant to take their pet to the vet because of the expense. 
With insurance, it becomes less of an issue. A pet savings plan is not a bad 
idea, but unlike insurance, you still would be paying it all yourself.
