One of two reasons- either a mistake (because the people with the nuclear
knowledge don't speak Arabic and didn't review the docs beforehand, I'm
guessing), or an intentional release as a trap to see if anyone would come
sniffing around. It was only a matter of days before someone from the UN
complained about the docs. That says to me that everyone has been watching
this repository to see if anything juicy comes out. And something did. So
was it an accident or bait?
