I think it depends on which one. My mother-in-law is a UU minister.
I've been to services at 2 of her churches, and neither was flaky. On
the other hand, there's one in our town and even just reading the
titles of the sermons makes me a little queasy. There's another one
that I've been to once. I'd go back; it was not at all lame, and I
think it might be good for Soren to have some "religious education" so
he can make his own informed choices.
