I have lots of sites there on both shared servers and vps servers and I havent experienced anything bad. There has been some turn over or additions to the staff and I know sometimes it feels like its worse but too me its because its odd when I call and the person doesnt know me but thats the way it goes.
At first it annoyed me but then I thought... ok the was answered in under 3 rings and the problem was fixed right away and all that was wrong was the guy didnt know me, so in reality thats not bad service. Then I think back to having to call crystalpuke. 37 minutes on hold before i talked to someone and the person I talked to I dont think knew that the commadore 64 wasnt the current new system..... then was thankful that I was at hms.
