Then you are *not* having the problems I am, because the issues are not getting 
fixed right away, it's taking multiple calls to correct stuff, or I'll be told 
"they're working on it now" and should get email confirmation in 10 minutes or 
so, and 2 hours later, I'm still waiting. Doesn't help any that my email on 
Crystaltech was (is) having major problems and taking hours to get through as 
well, and then we switched to hotmail and it decided HMS was junk mail. My 
account wasn't set up properly and I had no email section in my control panel, 
etc. It's been a long day....sigh.
