If she actually WAS a menace, there would have been little or no news or
public outcry.

The fact that there is an outcry shows that the police made a mistake. In my
mind, an unconscionable one.

But as bad as the jailor not allowing the pill, and as bad as the jailing,
the thing I find MOST unforgivable is the police apparently dropping (at
least for the time being) the active rape case.

What the heck is that about?
