Again, tort law already covers that problem so I'm not sure why think it supports your argument - it doesn't. > Straw man after straw man after straw man. I vote we ban that word from CF-COMM. > I also find it ironic that you earlier argued that hate speech > shouldn't be allowed For me, hate speech is advocating something illegal for no other reason that race, color, sex, looks, or ethnicity. It's kind of the same thing as little kids that like to torture animals - it's a red flag. ------------------------------ Here's the sum: 1.) Prof doesn't teach the class. Tort law, as well as school policy, already cover this. 2.) Prof doesn't teach the class and advocates illegal acts. Tort law and criminal law already cover this. BOTTOM LINE: No need for new laws shown. But I get it, you want more government. Some people do, but I'm not one of them, and you are. So we disagree, big deal. You vote for Edwards, cause he's your big government candidate, and I'll prolly vote for Giuliani, cause he's the small gov't candidate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:229527 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
