What did it do to lower emissions? Nothing to you. So having a big car
or a boat will only be available to the people that can laugh at the
added expense. Doesn't sound fair unless you think they're not worthy.
Or, if we take the gas guzzlers away from all the poorer people than
you can drive around guilt free. :)
