Then, if we KNOW, now we've got an issue; but since we don't know we
just have a risk.  Those in the PM-know recognize that an issue must
be solved, but a risk must have a mitigation plan.

So that's all I'm saying: we've got a risk and we need to have a
mitigation plan.

As for human caused and CO2 ... eh, maybe.  If we can blast a city
with smog it would seem logical that we could blast a planet with
something like smog.

Ever been to Houston, say, in Baytown?  There is a dark cloud 24/7
over that 'burb.  Then think of London, Shanghai ... that's a LOT of
smog and it goes up ... and it IS a green house gas.  It would only
stand to reason that (1.) it makes the entire Earth into a greenhouse
or (2.) there's some compensating effect we don't understand.

Either way, risk=mitigation plan
