It just seems 'odd' that they would rush to investigate these allegations at all, then. There must have been 'more' to the allegations than what was mentioned in the article.
I mean, if a former gang-banger is looking for a positive influence in his/her life, I say more power too them. AND more power to US, we get some real 'street' experience in the trenches.
