I like because it's easy to do, requires no equipment other than a chair, is
low impact and can be done whilst traveling very easily. I have memorized
the exercises so I don't need the DVD. It's a lot of leg work, abdomen work,
back work. I don't do the entire workout every day, I mix them up just
because I can. I find that it is a fun way to *tone* and strengthen.

For me, the important parts was fun, no equipment and can be done anywhere.
The back exercises are fantastic and have helped with my core strength
alone.

I don't like testimonials either, BUT before and after pics of a fat/skinny
pics can look INCREDIBLY different. It's amazing how much being overweight
transforms the way you look.

It's isn't for everyone, and like anything, you need to be committed to it
for more than a week before you really start feeling/seeing any results. I
felt results almost immediately because I always ramp the reps up and push
past what is comfortable. Like just crunches. In the beginning I could
barely do 10. No I skip past 40 & 50 with regularity. The leg lifts were
excruciating. Now they are easy. It just depends on my mood and how I'm
doing them. Sometimes I just want to do my abs on my ball. I like the
support it gives.

It will build muscles. I'm not sure how fast for you or if it's really what
you want, but I'll bet you'll find it easy to follow and memorize the core
routines.
