OK, you and Zap have convinced me to give it an honest shot (talking 
giving it weeks, not days to produce results). I will do this in the 
afternoon after work. I already occupy time between 4:00 AM and 5:30 for 
my morning workout. I want to build more muscle as well as lose fat. 
Fortunately for me, it is only the mid section. Man, that is what I love 
about this low paying public sector job of mine. Commute is only 5 
miles, work form 7:00 - 3:30, absolutely NO overtime allowed, have 
plenty of time to do other things. :)
