The god thing is where it gets sticky for me.  I see evidence in evolution.
I see evidence of a universe that we are most certainly not the center of.
I see evidence of all kinds of things but none of these things preclude some
sort of God.  God could have started the process of the big bang.  God could
have started evolution.  To believe for sure either way is a matter of
faith, sure.

I saw when you posted it but had trouble relating to the conversation we
were agreeing in.

I believe faith without evidence IS irrational - its faith because its based
on something other than evidence.  Proof is like FACT - a rare occurance,
IMO.
