I'm sorry...
There are different degrees and types of faith,
just as one cannot say that Love is Love..
one cannot say Faith is Faith.

Therefore there can be both Rational, and irrational Faith.
Faith cannot be seen to be unequivocally one or the other.

So it would be a matter of opinion which is Rational..and which is
Irrational.
And that's all it is..a matter of opinion.
There is no 'proper conclusion' when you're dealing with Faith or
'Belief'.
