Ditto here in Chandler, Arizona. 4.72% income tax and for sales tax we get nailed by the state for 5.6%, the county (Maricopa) for .7% and the city for an additional 1.5% (total of 7.8% sales tax). Sheesh!!!! And they are forecasting a 1 billion budget shortfall this year...
