The so-called "weather underground" thing? Have you even read any more than the
right wingnut hysteria. After the WU safehouse blew up, Ayers went underground
for 7 years. He then voluntarily surrendered to the police and served his time.
It was never proved that he was never directly involved in any violent
activities. Since then he's been a peaceable community activist and local
politician. Ayers has some good ideas that Obama listened to. He lives near the
guy. What do you expect?

Mayor Daley of Chicago has listened to the guy, as has the other Illinois
senator. For that matter the entire Chicago city council has interacted with
the man who was a city councilor at one time. So they all ought to be turfed
out of office then tarred and feathered and ran out of town on a rail simply
for speaking and associating with someone who objected to the current regime in
power? By that measure most of any opposition to the current party in power is
dangerous.

Again it would seem that you're just trying to dig up dirt on Obama, whether
its true or not. In other words you're not discussing the ideas but just using
attacks on the man to make points.
